Official Terms & Conditions for SR Creative LLC. Effective Date: August 2026.

SR Creative LLC provides specialized digital services including, but not limited to, custom web design, front-end and back-end web application development, WordPress & WooCommerce maintenance, custom software development, and technical consulting. Specific deliverables, project scope, timelines, fees, and milestone structures are established via individual service packages, digital invoices, or formal project proposals.
Upon completion of a project, phase, or milestone, SR Creative LLC will issue a formal completion notification to the Client's primary email address detailing the completed deliverables and providing access to live or staging environments.
Clients are granted three (3) business days following the delivery notification to inspect and test all deliverables. If no written feedback, bug reports, or formal objections within the agreed project scope are received via email within three (3) business days, the deliverables shall be automatically and legally deemed fully accepted, approved, and finalized.
Requests for revisions or additions made after explicit email confirmation or after the 3 business day Deemed Acceptance window has elapsed will be classified as out-of-scope work and will require a new service proposal or hourly rate agreement.
The Client agrees to provide timely access to necessary accounts, administrative credentials, third-party API keys, content, graphics, and feedback required for project execution. SR Creative LLC is not responsible for project delays caused by the Client's failure to furnish required assets or approvals. The Client warrants that all materials provided to SR Creative LLC do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
Services are billed via credit card, debit card, or electronic bank transfer (ACH/Wire) processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (such as Stripe or Stripe/Verifone).
All transactions undergo automated fraud screening, address verification (AVS), card verification code (CVC) validation, and 3D Secure (3DS) two-factor authentication. We reserve the right to decline or halt service for transactions flagged as suspicious or unauthorized.
Initiating an unauthorized or fraudulent bank chargeback for completed work, in-progress milestones, or services approved via email or Deemed Acceptance constitutes a material breach of contract. SR Creative LLC maintains comprehensive audit trails—including IP logs, checkout metadata, email sign-offs, staging access logs, and Git commit histories—and will submit all technical evidence to card issuers and law enforcement to contest chargeback claims.
Upon receipt of full and final payment and completion of project sign-off, ownership of custom codebases, unique visual graphic designs, and web assets created specifically for the Client transfers to the Client. SR Creative LLC retains sole ownership of pre-existing proprietary developer toolkits, core software libraries, reusable framework code, and general methodologies used during development.
All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SR Creative LLC does not guarantee that website operation will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall SR Creative LLC, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data corruption, or server downtime) arising from the use of our services. Our maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without giving effect to conflict of law rules. Any legal dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
